NMT network technicians are available to act as your IT department. Small businesses often times cannot afford a full time IT person. Often times, problems are beyond the skills of a "Geek".   • Platinum Total Care - This is the package for insuring you will never suffer from netsomnia again! Features include:
    • 24/7 monitoring of your network servers, routers and  printers.
    • 24/7 monitoring of your network attached workstations.
    • Software update management for servers and workstations.
    • Server, Network and workstation maintenance.
    • Remote Server and Workstation support.
    • Technology vendor management. (let us deal with the technical support calls!)
    • On site resolution of mission critical issues.
    • Additional projects are done at our platinum rate.
  • Gold Care - This is our standard package. Designed for networks where mission critical data and work is only done on the server.
    • 24/7 monitoring of your network server(s).
    • 24/7 monitoring of your network attached workstations.
    • Software update management for servers and workstations.
    • Remote Server and Workstation support.
    • On site resolution of mission critical issues.
    • Additional projects are done at our gold rate.
  • Basic Care - This is a basic monitoring package.
    • 24/7 monitoring of your network server(s).
    • Software update management for server(s).
    • Remote server support.
    • Additional projects are done at our standard rate.

  • On Call - We provide service based on your requirements. When a problem arises, we can be called to come out and fix the problem. This works well for our customers who use a non-server environment with less than 5 computers. This option does not include remote monitoring. A 2 hour minimum is required of all visits, and priority is given to Platinum, Gold and Basic care clients.


  • Limited Service Contract - We provide a set schedule to come by your office and work on computer and network related issues. This is done for a fixed monthly fee. This works for our customers that are satellite offices for larger companies that do not have local IT support. This option does not include remote monitoring. Additional work is done at our standard rate, and a 2 hour minimum is applied.
