Please note that this pricing is for computer repair and anti-virus problems. This does not cover
any of the small business services. For that pricing, please schedule a
free walk-through of your small business network. Additionally, customers are required to provide
their operating system disk in the event we need to repair or replace operating system files.
At customer site (home / business) 5
1 – Customer is required to have licensed copies of all operating system, and Anti-Virus software. 2 – Cost of evaluation can be applied to the cost of additional required services at the time of evaluation. 3 – Cost is less 20.00, if the customer is also having the Remove Virus/Spy-ware work being done at the same time. 4 – Some virus / spy-ware combinations require the reformatting of the hard-drive, and the reinstallation of the operating system and all programs on the computer. This is not included in this price. The technician will let you know what is required if this is the condition. This service currently includes the installation of Microsoft Defender®. 5 – Within NMT service area. Check with your NMT technician for additional details.
